When should I remove seedlings from my humidity dome?

I have 5 White Widow Max seeds germinating in my humidity dome and they are just about to break ground. They were initially germed in cotton wool then transferred to Coco pots. The dome is on top of a heating mat.

I was wondering how long I should keep them under the dome for? Will it hurt them if I leave them in there until they are a few inches tall? or should I take the top off as soon as they break ground? What about the heating mat should this be left on or removed.

I am finding a heap of contradictory information on the net and thought I would put it out here to see what experience you guys have had and what this community does :)

Agree with MicroRoy....once you see them up, spreading first set of leaves, time to remove dome. If you don't you'll be more prone to damping off issues or spindly seedlings.

Remove them from the dome. You want to harden them off with lower humidity. There is nothing worse than losing genetics to damping off, which flourishes in a high humidity environment!
