when should i flip these channel+ plants?

i have these 20 channel + (critical mass)clones that i just puit under my 1000 watt hps 5 dyas ago.im just wondering when i should flip for a nice full canopy,i have all the plants tied down and the side branches are starting to come up a little now.im also wondering how much it will stretch in flower.

I have critical +, and the plants grow very when you switch to 12/12.

check my thread if you want to see the more young plants that i have. I changed to 12/12 when they were maybe 15cm, now they have maybe 60cm...
