What's wrong? Yellowing leaves.

Thank you for opening my topic! :)

I have recently had this problem gradually coming from bottom to top. It is only affecting the fan leaves, but it affects ALL of the fan leaves, it seems.

Here's some pictures:

As you probably have noticed, there are some strange spots on the leaves. They kind of range from brownish to blackish.

It began before I started feeding them, so I dont think it's nutrient burn. Perhaps it's a light burn? I have the hps VERY close, as it is in a coolshade, emitting no serious heat. I can hold my hand there for extended periods with no problem at all. But then again, it would not really make sence that the lowest leaves are affected first? And especially not since it's pretty shady down at the lower leaves.

Another theory of mine is that it could be nutrient deficiency - the black spots could be the beginning decay of the leaves?

They are Lowryder #1. Great stuff.

Thank you very much in advance.

I get this sometimes if i dont pot up plants early enough, the spotting is identical ( liver spots lol )and once fed or re potted they recover well

Im sayin nute deficiency mate ( nothin to worry about tho ), the bad leaves never recover :))))))))))

Your well into flower tho so id just keep feeding and you should have no probs, cant help addin some cal mag tho as milwaukee mentioned:)))))))))))))))

Good lookin plants otherwise:)

Great then, thanks :) I was just worried as the problem kept getting worse even though I had begun feeding them. But earlyer today I gave them a full dose of nutes (as adviced on the bottle), so I hope that should be enough. Next watering I will go lower though, as they should be ready for harvest in about 3 weeks. Then, they will be 9 weeks old. Lowryder love ;). But my next grow will be Jack Herer and Kali Mist.

Thanks for complimenting my plants, bubble50.

I dont have any calmag by the way, so I'll just stick with my normal nutes.

Thread closed! Thanks again.

You can give your plants a cal/mag boost by adding 1 tbsp./gallon of blackstrap molasses to your feedings. Supposed to bulk up buds too. There are a few threads on ICmag on the topic.
