What's wrong with this?

It's day 18 or so of veg from seed, Nirvana's Haze. Thus far I haven't given any nutes. The others are drooping just a bit but this one has other symptoms as well. Transplanted 2 days ago and this was just barely starting. Since then it has only gotten worse. Discoloration and the leaves are quite brittle with noticible droop. It's being grown in organic soil with peat and humus and about 30-35% perlite, under 30w/sq ft "cool white" and "soft" fluoros. Temps rock solid steady at 70. RH probably quite low but no way to tell for sure just how much, sorry. I can't figure out what it might be from comparing pics with various FAQ threads so I'm hoping someone might have a clue and help.

Could be that your ph is too low from the peat. Get yourself some organic seed statrer mix & transplant into it.......& don't add anything to the mix. You should have way more growth by now..........there's something in your soil mix that the plant just doesn't like.

Thank you both for advising. They've been flipped into seed starter mix for right now. I'm having a hell of a time trying to find dolomitic lime though. Looks like they're continuing to bug out for now.
For any Canadians: what commonly available soil do you use? Fox Farm seems to be States only.

Go down to any nursery or Canadian Tire and get a bag of Pro Mix, I think it's like 5 bucks and a bag of perlite. Mix 1/4 perlite to 3/4 soil and that should be sufficient. When you transplant your seedlings don't compact the crap out of the soil you need the air pockets for quick root development.

Thank you guys, I appreciate all the advice.

Black Rain - The Canadian tires around here seem not to have pro-mix, everything except the seed starter mix has a wetting agent and is just plain old potting mix(Yucca root is the wetting agent I think but I wouldn't trust my memory that much)

nycdfan042 - Is that Fafard available pretty much anywhere?

My apologies, finally got Ph test strips a couple days ago. Water going in was/is 5.9-6.3, runoff with seed starter mix is coming out about 5.7-5.9
