whats wrong with this?

i been using water that has been sitting for a day or two to evaporate the chlorine. i added small amount of Botanicare pro grow veg. aqua shield and liquid karma and kept a constant check on th pH. is this fine or wat?

What's wrong with it is this is that you posted here instead of the infirmary. Fill out the form and show these pictures and you should get great help.

Another note, you should find out if your water has chloramine (not chlorine) in it. Chlorine will evaporate after a day, chloramine is much more persistent. Don't know if that's what's causing your problem or not, but it's good info to know.
