they have some brownish spots on them and the tips are brown and curling under...is htis maybe MG deficiancy? i got some epsom salt just need to know fi this is what it is before i make it worse

well the first one looks like you splashed some fert/nutes on it, the second looks like it need to be watered, and the third one is over fert/nuted...

answers, back off the fert/nute doseage water your plants and try not to splash any ferts/nutes on the leaves....and no i'm not trying to be a smart ass, thats just what i see bro.....

cool thanks..but its weird i dont remember the nutes splashing up..they just go in with the water but will have to watch for it....

ive since learned that my setup sucks...i have a pot with no drainage holes (why do they even sell these) so i didnt knwo i was underwatering it...i was giving it about a cup everyday but have since done the ick up the pot" method...been givin more water just notr as often...first timer so well see what kinda buds if any i get

STOP STOP STOP everything dude, if you do not have holes in your pots you need to make some ASAP and right now.....how bigf are these plants and what size pots do you have them in right now....can you get a pic up of the whole plant and then one of the pots your useing.....

AHHH a cup full what size cut dude?.....you must have juse resently started the left tech, if not your plants would be dieing from root rot and lack of oxigen......

that was my plant about 3 weeks ago ..these arent good form the start.i just threw them in and didnt plan on growing them but as they grew i got interested...they didnt have any light except from a window....and so im just finihsing them off so i can learn more about growing...it is one plant about 3 ft tall...scrogged to the screen with 2 40w floluros right on top....moved the light down since this pic....the pot is a 13 inch diam pot (not sure on gallonage)

and a cup as in a cup...maybe 12 ouch cup or so....major newbie here i know....ive got a new pot and such ready for the next grow just finishing this out to learn ebveryhting i can..and what not to do aparently haha

OHHH YOUR YOU i seen this set awhile back and was going to say something and though what the hell could i say to this guy, i was shocked to say the least to see how you were TRYING to grow this plant.....

ummm ok lets see how often do you feed that plant and what are you feeding it with......how old is it TODAY........

usualy when one waters or feeds they do so untill they get a decent run off through the BOTTOM of there pot(s).....is there any way you can put something under that pot so you can get some drainage out of it.....i'm sure the soil is super hot and is doing a number on your root system...

i was going to say i dont see how that plant is getting over ferted with only a cup of liquid every other day, but if theres no drainage then yes i can see how....if you a few weeks into flower i'm shocked it is even alive.....

Um, The only hope I can give you is to get a huge clone off this and then get a much bigger light...

After continueing to look at this plant. I think it is probably the best industrial hemp plant ive ever seen. it has stretched to much farther then anything ive ever seen.

hah thanks for the laughs...ive since learned alot abotu growing..ive got a second pot waiting for my next grow...its got a clip on bottom under the holes so i can try the "wick" system if i chose to do so....

the reason this plant is so long and leggy is it was grown wrong and streeeeetched way too long..it does have alot of bud nodes with visible trichs on it ..so ill just see what i get..

please dont judge my skills on just this thing...as i was a way begginner when i started

and i think the seed was planted at the begining of april....and started to flower when the days got shorted...put under the light for 3 weeks



by the way my next grow wil be red greens rubbermaid micro...go chekc it out if u havent seen it

ive been watering with just water and very small (like maybe teaspoon to gallon ratio) of epsom salt cuz i thought thats what the leaf prob was....was using a fert "shultz plant food plus 10-15-10

Thats what we are all wondering.

Shultz contains no calcium and magnesium and sulfur. So you might have to suppliment these 3. If there is dolomite lime in your soil, then this supplies calcium and magnesium. Gypsum could have also been added to supply sulfur.

If you boost your magnesium levels with epsom, you should probably go ahead and boost up calcium and sulfur with it.

If your dolomite lime is running out, you can boost cal mag levels easily by adding 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) powdered gypsum/calcium sulfate + 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) epsom salts/magnesium sulfate per gallon (3.8L) of water along with your regular ferts. This can be used with every watering as long as cal mag levels remain low. This will provide about 70 ppm calcium + 30 ppm magnesium. It will also provide sulfur. It would not contain micros so that would be beneficial if overdose is on your mind.

Calcium nitrate can be substituted for the gypsum at the same rate but will add 50 ppm nitrate nitrogen which you might not want in flower.

I did not see anywhere you mention what the ph was?

Looks like fertilizer burn with those burnt tips rather than a magnesium deficiency.

the pillows i had to lay on as i clipped the screen and attached the plant to it..too lazy to move all of it out of the way after i was done..

none of those bastards carry Ph meters. You might find a cheapo soil Ph meter their. but go for a cheap Hanna ph meter. they work fine!

I bought mine online due to the fact I couldn't find them anywhere else.
