What is in the soil (such as dolomite lime)? What is the soil ph? They are plenty old enough to have had a dilute fertilizer applied unless there is nutrients in the soil. Have you done this and if so what did you use and at what rate? More information from you will get a better answer. I can't tell your pot size but small cups like 16 ounce solo cups with drain holes work well for seed starting. You don't want a large pot at the beginning.

they've been transplanted, um.. no dolomite or anything like that, its a professional potting mix by hyponix, used in the past, no ph problems in the soil as far as i know. umm.. the only thing i could think of that is burnin em, is i moistened the soil before transplant with tap water, wich im sure is too high in ph.

no fertz as of yet, looking to start ferting sometime this week.

also.. the larger plant is in a 1 gallon rubbermaid because the rootball was to big to put in the quart pots, and the other in a quart square pot.
they started in half quart square pots.

Apply a very dilute fertilizer. The fert/water ph should be 5.6-6.2 Soil ph should also be this. Using tap water usually will not damage plants even if the ph is high. You should have dolomite lime in your soil for calcium and magnesium. Check your bag to see if it has been added. Your liquid fert should have n, p, k, sulfur, and micronutrients. If no dolomite lime was added in your soil, you should also add cal/mag in your water with your regular fert. Use 1/4 teaspoon powdered gypsum + 1/4 teaspoon epsom salts per gallon of water (maybe 1/2 this for seedlings; gypsum/epsom will not burn) with your regular fert.

i would definitely say they are ready for light feedings so if you havent been doing that, it could be a factor. i have never really seen anything quite like that though, most veg deficiencies are nitrogen and start on the top growth..

its really cheap to test ph of the soil, my advice would be to do that, and keep feeding lightly. do i see that the leaf tips are curling down? hard to tell but thats important to know cause it can be a sign of other issues

one plant.. the leaves the tips are curling up, and just have an over all wavy shape.. they arent crispy just yellow.. the other plant the tips are pointing slightly down.. also.. on this plant the next set of leaves you see in the picture are starting to yellow.. but new growth is very very healthy and has no signs of yellowing what so ever.. like the previous leaves did at that stage? but it seems like overnight.. they just start to yellow and brown.

I was just wondering if your soil mix was a little too hot for plants this young?
I've had plants do the same thing to me but, when they've grown some then they're better able to handle it & do fine. I'd be very careful about adding any ferts......might make it worse or kill 'em.

I had a problem similar to this and I bought those gallon 99cent jugs of water and fed them with that and they started sprouting up a lot better. Might not be the case for you but I thought id share if you couldn't think of anything else.
