looks over watered.
Do you spray it with anything?

It gets watered when i finger the soil and its dry, i give it a mist about once a day.

Finger in soil is a horrible way to know when to water. please google "lift+the+pot"
You "mist" it with what, and why ?

how often are you feeding your plant, and like 10k stated it is a bad way to test because there could be water at the middle to end of the pot where your finger don't reach and when you water you just add more and the roots get saturated, overwatering can cause plants to show nitrogen deficiency's in younger plants. You did not list what your soil mixture is, nor the ph or how often and how much nutrients you are using and what is the NPK ration of that nutrient?

PH may play a role here. whats your run off ph? what ph do you water and feed at?what is the npk value of your nutes? And dont mist the plant thers no need.

I think its a few things but mostly it looks like it needs fed more and watered less I think, just because the way the leaves look yellow, mostly if ph was involved you would have spotting and the plant would show more damage than just yellowing, the necroctic tissue you see is what is left over after the yellowing in the leaves is gone and the plant killed off the tissue from sucking the leaves dry. Overwatering causes lack of oxygen in the root system and causes nturients to be poorly absorbed and nitrogen is one of those nutrients that does not get absorbed well in soggy or stay wet kind of soil's and when plants that size in the pot size it looks like it is in, overwatering has a much higher chance because the root system has not quite developed in that pot yet and roots are not in the bottom of the pot where water stays, and like 10k has stated about the finger method is bad due to like I said in my previous post; water sits at the middle to bottom and when you water the causes the upper soil to stay to moist from water being downwards in the pot and causes droopiness lack of o2 and nutrient absorbtion. But it is always important to check ph, but I honestly think this is from not being fed enough and over watering.
