whats up with these?

2 weeks from seed, and these plants look nothing alike...

they both seem healthy, but one is just going crazy!
they are both supposed to be bubblegum feminised. but i'm not sure whats going on with the litt le one. seems healthy enough. lots of new growth,

i've read that bubblegum can have 3 different phenomes, resulting in different plant structures, anyone ever have any experience with this?

this is first time growing indoors.
trying to figure it out as i go... the sun was so much easier!

ok. these girls are 18 and 19 days old from seed now.
in a soil/compost/peatmoss/pearlite mix in 3 gal pots
150w hps + 4x65w cfl(2700k) + 8x26w cfl(6500k)
lights running 18/6

they are both doing good. tried giving them some very diluted foxfarms grow big, but noticed some spots on the big fan leaves the next day so its been straight tap water since

this is the first indoor grow ever, and its kind of a pain in the ass. the smaller one is a day older, but looks healthy... runt i guess, idk.
maybe the big one is a giant
