Can you point me in the right direction, plants are stalled and finish with little weight or body under the 750hps using tap water day notes.

Strain is bag seed and nutrients are diy. In 3 gal pro mix HP + 1/3 perlite, the 36gal of soil got 1 cup of azomite and 1 cup of bone meal mixed in.
