Whats up with Strawberry Cough?

I hear in some places that you can only get cuts.
And then I hear some say they have Fem Beans.

If it really was specially designed for anti anxiety why would it be so hard to find?

Or is it ineffective meds?

I had Strawberry Cough/Ak47 and it was very cerebral and social made me yak my brains out. Would love to grow it in the future.
