whats up with my plant?

hi guys,my northern lights plant aint looking too good..
took loads of cuttings off her 2 weeks ago and they all came through great then she started going downhill?
started as what looked like mg def so i gave her abit of epsom salts with last feed.
in 5 gal bucket with rockwool
ph 5.7 ec 1.2 at run off.
room temps are perfect day and night but i also noticed a few thrips recently when i brought a new cutting into the room.
new growth is light green sometimes brown and curling?

hi thanks for ya fast reply,
cuts were taken with nice sharp hairdressers scissors...ive used the same ones twice before this with no problems?

Got any closer pics? If you've seen live thrips you likely have a much worse infestation than you think. Look at the leaves; if you see an oily residue (much like a neem residue) and bite marks, or jagged holes, the thrips are thriving. New growth will be deformed or necrotic. Check the under-sides of damaged leaves and you'll probably find thrips crawling around.
