what's up w/ fem seeds???

??? any good. when i was about to grow a couple years ago, i was looking into fem seeds, but at the time, didn't seem like they were reliable. NOW i'm ready to grow, plans in work. looking to start march 1. need to decide on seeds, and since it's my first grow, i thought i might try fem seeds.... good idea or no...?

fem seeds are ultra top-notch man!!!

iv egrown grapefruit 2 times now( 1 i harvested - 1 i ditched whole grow in the start of 2nd month due to many people knew about it)

the strain (for my standards) is absolutely amazing - and the high is celebrating as hell

9or 10 out of 10 germinated and all were fems- grapefruit is also some heavy producer man.
and for 50e its as low as it gets mate
so its: all female-quality-quantity-and energetic,psychoactive high. what more could u want???

the problem is that i cant find em now.... everywhere they had been sold now are sold out. ????? i think thats a bit suspicious

smth like they weere so cheap that everybody bought em and somehow they were forced to close! (conspiracy theories ;p)

so i got some nirvana purepowerplant which KIIIIIIICKS ASS(1 month to chop)

if u wanna go feminized dutch passion 5seed packs have a VERY affordable price and ofcourse a guaranteed quality-heritage of 1 of the best-oldest breeding company in the world.( i d love to grow 2 different strains together-2 like 5packs: exampl:euphoria and ppp)

but if u want somthing cheaper but(under my opinion) same quality
get nirvana ppp(for some reason the feminized pack gives said it give less grams per sq.m. does anybody know why???)

Feminized seeds are great for a first grow because it allows you to plan your grow with a good idea of flowering space needed. No guessing how many female plants you'll end up with and not as many worries about a male getting to your virgin girls. Watch for hermi's though. Fem seeds are more reliable these days, much less of the herms, if any. I have had 100% success with many Green House fem seeds (all germed, all females). I have also heard good results from Paradise fem seeds. I got all of mine at drchronic.com . Happy growin!

cool. i was thinking i was only gonna get negative answers on fem seeds.
i was looking at dutch passion fem, between the bb, cali o and og kush. i have been recently burnin kush for last couple months and love it. don't know what kind of kush it is exactly. i was on dr chronic site, what's the difference between the regular dutch passion fem seeds and the dutch passion femX5 seeds....?
i would love to use fem seeds, especially for my first time. especially if guys are getting happy results with them.
i'm after higher than average yield, potency and dense nice buds.
DOES USING FEM SEEDS MEAN U WILL HAVE LESS POTENT BUDS BY SOME MEANS....just a thought, but a concern of mine, in other words, do fem seeds have crappier genetics...than reg seeds...?

If you can find fem seeds with the genetics you wanna grow go for it. I havent really seen any fem strains that i would want to keep a mom out of to be honest. I am sure they are out there though.

theres a reason feminized seeds are alot more $ than any old pack...

unless you would like to do some breeding, fem sized at the way to go! %100 females here from fem seeds in my experiance aswell.

its worth the xtra cash, saves you ALOT of time, ALOT of space, and really, alot less paranoia seeing you dont have to go crazy looking for balls all day long.

Greekguy is pushing your in the right direction.. Buy the fem seeds, whatever genetics you want.

I personally would stay away from the Blueberry from Dutch Passion though.
it tastes FANTASTIC... but she is a sensitive strain, and not a massive yeilder like you said you want.

best of luck selecting your girl. there are SOOOO many amazing strains... and so little time!

or maybe cali orange. burned it a few months ago and really stupified me, and i was burning sour d prior to that. the high crept on me and put me down for the count. only burned it a few times. not sure if it's a strong strain or if i was just not used to it. smelled and tasted great too. my jar actually smelled like orange peels...i'll be using a scrog w/ like 4 or 5 plants. maybe i'll do half kush and half cali o...

yes, sorry. is kush all basically the same, master kush, og kush, etc...i have smoked kush, don't know what type, but looooved it. wondering if there all pretty close or what...

No not all kushes are the same. The best pheno of the Master kush i have tasted is the pinesol pheno. The hindu is a lil more sweeter smelling and tasting. The Og / headband are the straight fire. You cannot buy seeds of these strains unless someone did some funky cross with them but then that would mean it isnt a pure cut. The Og tastes like lemon pinesol and puke all rolled into one. Oh and then there is the bubba which is a lil heavier muskier tasting smoke. You wanna look for the purple pheno in that strain. Straight awesome smoke.
