Looks like manganese deficiency...maybe. Are you adding all 6 micronutrients? (Iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, and molybdenum) You should adjust the ph of your fert water after adding everything to about 5.8 Test media ph...
How to test ph: After watering and ferting the soil mix till its super wet and you got runoff, wait 1 hour. Then apply some distilled water to the pot. You only want about 1 ounce of runoff and no more. Don't dilute the sample more than needed. Catch the runoff on a plate or saucer. Test this ph. Optimum ph in soilless mix is 5.6 to 6.2
Looks like peatmoss and perlite...that would be soilless and not soil. Optimum ph would be 5.6 to 6.2 so 6.3 is on the high side. Manganese becomes less soluble and available to the plant as ph rises.
