Whats this strange leaf growth?

These are obviously seedlings and pardon my crappy digicam. These two plants both opened properly but over the last day or so both have started to fold the leaves upward like you see in the pic. What is this??? None of my other seedlings show it and both are from the same strain. Its 12 plants total all with the same watering/lighting/medium. Only these two show this. The rest are thriving. Any thoughts?

Maybe but Ive recently grown around 20 seedlings and these are the only two that have shown this. Just unusual I guess. So nothing to worry about?

I think when a plants leaves are pointing up like that means they are very happy.
So dont sweat it they will grow into healthy normal plants..PEACE

Thats strange, Everytime i start seedlings under flouros, they are always pointing up like that and i never have any troubles with them...Maybe Im just wrong. Sorry if i am..PEACE

I believe most people don't expect every seedling to make it; I'd say if two out of twenty are looking a little different but are still growing, you are doing excellent!

Thanks for the thoughts. Those two plants are very close to CFLs light/heat so it shouldnt be a lack of those. Just seemed strange to me but other than that they are growing fine....strong, upright stems, etc. Guess we will see since they are going in the aero shortly.

They will do fine...They dont look like they are suffering from any serious damage. If they are growing fine and healthy.."dont try to fix it if its not broken"...PEACE

Just thought Id add that a couple hours later they were drooping pretty badly. I discovered the rapid rooters were VERY dry so I went ahead and put them in the aero system a bit ahead of schedule. Looks like they were just drying out! Hopefully they recover quickly.

You can watch the progress here:

yea definatly..if they were drying out that would be your cause..but other than that they will do fine once thety get some moisture in their system..Good Luck..PEACE
