what's the weed availability in toranto

my best friend is being transfer to a small town about 20 minutes south of Toronto. it seems that , like in the us, different ?Providences have different laws. like me, he's a middle age guy so making contacts is difficult. are medical cards hard to get? and info would be helpful

Weed is very, very available in Toronto. You can't get a "med card" unless you are a resident and although it is pretty damn easy for anyone over the age of 25 to get, this ain't like Cali or the med states...You can't just walk into some "medical clinic" wait 10 mintutes pay 100 bucks and then walk right into a dispensary.

There are tons of dealers on the streets in the city but I really reccomend you go hang out at some of the vapor lounges like vapor central but don't just go up and ask..."fishing" for weed is against the rules none of these places actually sell weed but there are lots of cool folks who will give you a telephone number for some
