What's munchin on my girls?

Hey man I'm having the same problem!!! I'm also very curious about what this is. .I'm having the same thing happen except for that the damage on my girls is located on the stems new growth causing the tip to wilt and die. It happens very randomly and is pretty much only occurs to the very top shoots and can't find anything on the plant itself causing me to believe its a bug that can fly or at least semi fly like grasshoppers. Not so sure about what it can be but our damage is very similar so hopefully sumone will enlighten us because I've done a lot of research trying to diagnose this and I only come up with a few bugs that will feed on stems but none of the bugs I researched solely had a diet of stems....I could be very wrong tho
