That soil looks to be quite moist and i don't see any perlite or similar stuff in there to make it more airy. Basically the little roots can't get any air in that moist soil.

I would gently take the seedlings out of that soil and re-plant them in soil that has more sand or perlite etc. in it.

water logged like crazy. that young, that soil, that pot, i'd say it would be like a week before it would need watered again.

Heres some advice from a crazy native american who loves this plant more than his own mother!
Use reg yogurt containers( or similar sized) for seed starts. Vibrant genetics or clones can do solo cup sized, but just try as hard as you can to simplify everything your doing when caring for your plants.

Could be ph. What's that soil? It looks 'composty'. Definitely let it dry out, as others are saying. Small amounts only near the stem, gradually increasing the liquid amount as the plant gets larger.

A few quick opinions. I've done many thousands of seedlings at this point.

I'd strongly recommend using seedling mix only for starting seedlings. It's cheap and worth it; it has ideal aeration and a balanced ph, with no real nutrition in it. (I use ProMix HP, which is very similar, but that comes in huge bales.)

The 'no-food' part in your seedling mix allows you total control of what the seedling gets for food, and when. I have found Canna's Cannastart to be an ideal food for the first 2 weeks after germination. It is also very inexpensive. Use the recommended 15ml per gallon; don't underfeed. That part is crucial; it is designed for seedlings and newly-rooted clones. Bring the ph of that up to 5.5 to 5.8 and you're set for very rapid growth.

I'd also use 2 inch pots until they establish well (when they have developed 2-3 sets of leaves), then transplant them into larger pots containing your final soil mix. The advantage to this is developing a nice 2-inch solid root ball structure in the seedling mix. When this goes into the final soil mix it really takes off quickly.

I agree with GoatCheese, too: you need aeration in your soil. Pop over to some of the soil subforums for specifics.
