I have a plant doing similar and put it in the bud room anyway. It's not developing much more good leaf growth but bit the buds it's making are fine.

In the past it has been bugs (or any interruption of function) causing damage to the roots that affected the leaves. I suspect the same again. Losing nutrient flow from root to leaf can cause drying and discoloration.

Start with checking your PH.
Scroll through the infirmary for like cases also, but always first and foremost in diagnosis, ph is step one.

Are the leaves on the bottom of plant or top? What is the EC of feed water and runoff? If you adjusting your ph the same for your organic soil as you were for coco, it may be that simple. I run 5.9-6.1 in coco and 6.3-6.5 in soil, that's what works for me, your strains may like it a little different. Good luck!
