Whats going on here?

Strain here is Biddy Early. I started noticing these brown dots coming out over a lot of leaves and as a result I am losing a lot. I thought the problem was them being in pots too small for their size, so I repotted in a miracle grow time released soil as I am just trying to sustain these as mothers until next spring. The thing is, I have Casey Jones and Blockhead motherplants under similar conditions and this is not occuring to them, only the 3 Biddy Early Mothers I have. These brown dots are appearing randomly from top to bottom.

Pic is kind of blurry. I should note ph is around 6.7, and they were previously in Fox Farms Ocean Forest being fed Grow Big. They were getting these brown dots all over at that point too.

It looks like its either an issue with ph, Ca or pests.

Start by looking under the leaves for signs of pests and their eggs.

Then Check your ph. If the ph is good then you are more than likely dealing with a Ca def.

Nothing on the undersides of the leaves, and as stated... its only affecting this strain, not the CJ and Blockhead mothers that are basically touching these 3 ladys. Also have hotshot pet strips going.

Throwing this out.. the only search results I could fine for "brown spots" hinted at Overferting. Could this be a possibility? Hope not.. time release fert ugh

Hi OZZ, I did not see you 2nd post before I posted last night and the system would not let me post again because I had already reached my 10 posts per day limit.

Your ph is to high and the plants in your line up that are more ph sensitive are showing signs first. This is not an over fertilization problem as the first sign of an over fert is leaf tip burn followed by large blotchy brown spots and leaf die off. You should be shooting for a ph of 6.0. I know 6.7 does not sound high but but these are not percentages we are working with here and a ph of 6.7 is seven times higher than a ph of 6.0.

Get some ph down and lower your waters ph each time before you water or this issue will get worse.

Hi OZZ, your ph is to high and you could also have a Ca def. You could hit them with both barrels so to speak by lowering your ph and giving them a little Cal-Mag Plus or other product with a lot of Ca in it.

But get on the ball man as yields are being affected by this and you can bet on that.
