What’s eating my plant?

I have it narrowed down to a beetle or caterpillar from the internet. I have insecticide and want to make sure it covers what’s in my plants.

I'm not an expert so hopefully someone else can chime in, but that looks like leafhopper damage.

Looked it up the damage is similar, I’m going to spray the plants in the evenings weekly starting tomorrow.
