HS,
I'm not a micro-grower but I have to say that it looks fun.

You should cover the sides of your pots with duct tape or something. Light is bad for roots. Also...holes in the bottom of pots? Good drainage?

Is your water spring, distilled or drinking water?

Really it just looks like they need more N. Time for a feeding but start weak and build up.

Just the one leaf? Probably nothing wrong. Maybe hotspot or just dropping as you are essentially 2-3 weeks into flower and it looks like its the lowest on the trunk.

!!!

Now in technicolor

Thanks for the response. The pot does have holes for water drainage and I am using purified drinking water. With my next watering I will start the feeding.

Sorry, I really didnt draw much attention to it in my first post, but since I started with a 12/12 light schedule from seed dosent that basically skip the vegetative process and force flowering?

EDIT: EvilTwin beat me to it.

You need to feed that plant NOW! your plant is pulling nutrients (looks like Nitorgen) from it's bottom leaves. Those damaged leaves won't recover so you don't want too many to get affected.
Also, have you checked that bottled water? Whats the ph? Ppm? etc? You need to know those things. What nutrients do you plan on using?
Your post first says their in veg then you say 12/12 from seed, which is it?

sorry for being unclear. They are under 12/12 lights so they would be in flower. I'll feed them asap. This is my first grow so I am still learning as I go along. I'll have to check the stats of the water later today.

yea ill go with the nitrogen def since they was on a 12/12 seed flowering cycle there gunna pull all there nitregen from there leaves fast and yellowing and droping leafs will be farly progresive

No veg time mean the plant didn't get hardly any time to absorb N. Give it a good blast of N. Try using a bloom fert with alot of N i it.
