lol boy your just full of questions. Lets see if I can decipher you post
Best temp for veg/flower 78f.need more info on ventilation. What are you growing in ?? Tent or room size. LED, T5, IMO are the best to veg under. If you have just germinated seeds then just use tap water thats has a PH of 6.3-6.8 for soiless medium like FFOF.

With best ditribution of air , and all the things , did u got for faster veg u ever see.

can u explain the place , and best thing to get good humity ..

nihonjin desu ka? boku no okaasan wa... ;-))

i have to revert back for this stuff though... lol

always been a big fan of lower humidity, but there is this cat that i respect a lot, and he swears by high humidity condition for rapid veg growth. pretty sure he offsets the high RH with higher temps such that mold doesn't result, though his genetics might have something to do with it. he's pushed to get it higher than 60%, with temps near 80F... with co2 boosts.

if you throw a 1k metal halide into that equation, might be the 'best' for veg. i can't bring myself to bump the RH that high though... a mental block for me.

replicate the rain forest, he would suggest. for some reason though, my cycles usually end up with veg plants waiting & getting too big for the canopy, so never went to the extreme here.

if you try this, be careful with the humidifiers... try to stay away from the ones that use a wick of some sort... they just mold over, know this from experience. hope this starts out the responses for you.

Cloning and vegging, there is an overlap in the middle.

My clones like about 80 degrees F, and humidity above 70%, plus 1/8 strength fertilizer, others use plain water but the nutrients have never hurt.

When the actual vegging is going on the temp is upped to 84 degrees and humidity to 35 or less. Nutrients are brought up to full strength over a 14 day period.

My budding plants (sativa) grow best at 86 degrees (84-90) and zero humidity. I am lucky in that Alaska has zero humidity most of the winter, and it makes a difference.

I love the video, don't know about my credibility but am going to comment anyway.

Alaska inside vs. southern California outside.

My growlights do not put out massive amounts of infrared, the leaves run almost 2 degrees cooler than ambient. The sun's heat rays put the leaves 5 degrees or more over ambient per the video.
That was news to me, I had assumed outside leaf temps same as inside. I hate getting caught assuming, definition #2.
But that does translate into an extra 7 degrees for optimum indoor growth. Experience agrees.

My rooting media gets almost zero irradiation and never even comes close to the 86 degree budroom day temperature. Closer to the night's low 60's, I'll stop worrying it is too cool now.

If my pockets ever get too heavy with money I want one of those laser temp probes, awesome tool.

Since the video and I agree on the basic numbers I have to praise Jorge as a wonderful and intelligent fellow. I am going to follow up with his other tutorials, new to me he is.

I bought my remote temperature sensor from Sears about 5 years ago for about $100.
