buy an electric eye stove for like 9 bucks at walgreens. get a pot fill with water and put the iso plate on the pot.. turn knob to like 12 or 1 oclock and wait 30-40 min..do outside or have a fan blowing out your window to vent. . do not use a gas stove top.. peace.
