Whatever happened to Cannacopia ?

Wondering if anyone knows the status of Cannacopia ? A good friend lost his beloved cut of Government Mule , he’s an older gentlemen .. I told him I’d reach out here today to try and see the status . Any info would be greatly appreciated.. He’s disabled and finds some good medicinal value from that cut . Thx in advance ..

All good ! He has some interesting genetics . He works with Deep Chunk and some others.

The pre98 bubba and ECSD crosses were wild. If I still had either in this quasi-legal nationally environment they'd be giving the original pre98 and deathstar runs for their money. I would pay top dollar for f2s of recent birth of them.

I found someone playing around with a pre98 x deep chunk cross but tbh he looks like a sketchy option to pay $100 a pack for lol.

True story .. Haven’t sampled any of those crosses but the Government Mule was fire .. I pm’d Cannacopia here , their hasn’t been any recent activity from him on the forum .. Hemp Depot no longer has them listed as a breeder anymore .. Bueller ?

Most recently they had more than a few C99 hybrids offered during BR’s brief run, as well as some of the earlier DC hybrids. I think they are friends with Chimera.

Chim said they used original bros grimm c99 from seed passed by him for the males. Some interesting crosses for sure would love to see some reports.

That I don't know. I would imagine if so, their gear would be available somewhere. But since it doesn't seem to be readily available, I am guessing not.

Chimera was selling some of there "newer" hybrids, there was stock at Real Gorilla Seed. I've not had good luck with seeds getting through the mail from them and lost a big order coming to Canada however, they did send a few make up beans that made it but some of it was old stock and never germed. (other breeders strains).


However I grew the Lapis and RKS, the Lapis was nice but a little lackluster compared to the RKS, but still very nice tasty afghani pot. The RKS made amazing earlier outdoor buds with real deal thick skunk smell/taste. Would love to have that back, they really showed how amazing DC breeds and the unique trait of improving/magnifying the mothers smell and taste without adding unwanted characteristics.

Let’s hope they’re active . If not the Government Mule will be sorely missed by my friend . Glad you kept those Cindy lines going . Are you gonna breed back to some C99 sativa leaners ?

Not likely, used the Seedsman Haze x C99 with some females and still did not try growing the seeds. Outcrossing is my thing at the moment.
