What to use for root rot issues?

So I got these clones that I obviously have let go far too long without planting but I do still want to plant these and hopefully grow them healthy. So I have the clones in grow plugs in a tray and not that my roots are rotting just yet but they do have some algae growth and I'm sure they may be some rotting to start. So what can I use to cleanse the roots of this algae and whatever bad stuff may be happening.

I had a hydro setup some 10 years ago and I remember using hydrogen peroxide as a cleanser but forget to what extent that can be used. I was at my local grow shop yesterday and he recommended a product by DutchMaster called Gold Range Zone but I'm not certain this is really what I need. does anyone know of any other product that I can use?

Needing some help here

Well algae really isn't a big deal. Keep it off by blocking light to the medium surface, n stop over watering. I wouldn't do anything to the existing algae, except prevent more from happening.
