what to expect from autoflower???

i recently decided i wanted to try an autoflowering strain, to see if i like it. i've narrowed my choices down to 2: Lowryder #2 or Easy Rider (lowryd2 x ak47) i'm wondering if anyone's got any idea what i could expect to yield per plant off of either of these. quality of herb is always a plus, however for this time i wanted to pick the one that would yield the best. thanks.

HI I RECENTLY TRIED WHITE DWARF FROM BUDDHA SEEDS, ITS AN AUTOFLOWERING STRAIN AND I WAS NOT EXPECTING MUCH FROM IT IT WAS UNDER 450HPS AND GOT A LITTLE UNDER A HALF/OZ IN A GALLON CONTAINER. THEY SAY AUTOFLOWER STRAINS ARE NOT AS POTENT BUT THIS LITTLE GUY PACKED A PUNCH BOTH IN SMELL AS WELL AS POTENCY. SO I HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL . CHEERS!!

alright. thanks. is that about what i can expect from lowryder? only a half ounce per plant? cause the seed bank i'm buying them from lists 20-50 grams per plant as a possibility

Glad to hear you had a good result from your AF grow. To many people write off AF's all because of one Lowryder grow a couple years back. But much has been done in the breeding area and they are getting better with every new AF strain that is released.

take a look at my sig grow it will give you an idea. and my strain is suppose to be the bigger of the autos. But idk. Take a look

I grew some JD's LrII a while back, got around 1 oz , maby a bit less a plant. Had two very different phenos one bud on a stick that grew about 10" but was frosty as hell, and one 18" bushy bud covered. The smoke was about a 4.5 on a scale of 1-10, smooth semi fruity taste.

I also grew out some auto LL AK47. This was said to be the strong large yeilder. I thought it stunk like cat piss and the bud was a mild headachey type stone.

Still have a bunch of beans left but I am not sure I will devote my lights to them again. I may start them up for a few weeks and stick them outside next year. For my time and effort I would say my auto days are pretty much done. I may have another go, but I am not too fired up about them. My regular strains are just so much more potent, and better tasting, more my style of smoke.

There is a guy, Chappers who is the auto guru. I remember seeing some outstanding looking grows/crosses over on plantetganja. He is a member here, if you do a search and read his stuff I think you can learn all there is to know about autos.

Don't get me wrong they were cool to grow, very fast and very resilient lil buggers, just not as potent as I would have liked.

I haven't grown the two you listed but have gotten a little over an ounce on the AF's I've grown. I think it is important to go by the trichs through a loope since they seem to really fatten up after week 8 most I have grown needed 10-11 weeks to finish.
