What to do?

I have three plants that are not quite right and pictured is the worst one. These plants are all grown organically and all receive the same care. The pictured plant has started to come back some and I;m really puzzled. I don't think I have fed them enough to have them lock and since I'm new at this don't know if they recover from lick in this fashion or not. I have watered the heck out of them all the past few days. This plant has lighter colored leaves in the unhealthy areas and some purple showing which is supposed to mean N lacking, but look at the rest of the plant. I don't know whether to muck with it of not. Just curious mostly. As you can see other plants are fine and they are all the same strain Thanks, Ken
