I have some bud that cured too wet , and turned brown, with ammonia smell. Dried out to 50%, and smells better, but not great. Have made cannabutter before, but it is a lot of work. Can someone point me to a basic method to use it in food. Maybe brownies or cookies, but any suggestions are appreciated.

you can cook it in coconut oil and strain out the plant material use it to cook with

if the bud lost its "green" I would grind it up, do a few quick washes in alcohol and winterize it because I prefer to cook with concentrate oil not pot

You really need to extract the THC via a fat to use it in food. There's no good way to get around making some form of "cannabutter".(Butter, Oil, Coconut oil) Otherwise your end product is likely going to be nigh inedible.
