What the hell is up with this portable AC?!

So.. frustrating.. so I went out and bought a 10k btu dual hose portable AC unit, Soleus.. to cool my 10x7 grow room, running only 1k.. last grow i had I had a 13k btu dual hose portable ac to cool 2k in a 6x10 and it would drop the temps right down.. this AC is showing that its cooling.. and the exhaust tube is hot.. but it isnt cooling the room for shit.. only dropping it about a degree and the compressor is constantly running.

Whats the deal? its all hooked up correctly and what not.. hate these damn portable ac's.. always somethin.. and before ya ask I couldnt do a window because of awesome horizontal windows in AZ, and couldnt afford a mini split. And Im also running this at night and the current temp outside is about 80.

hiya,,, i purchased one of those £400 mobile air-con units from banq,,found it was ok for keeping x3 600w in check but when i upped to 4x600w it only brought temps down by 1 or 2 deg, this was on those rare really hot days in summer,i think you need to make sure your mobile air con unit is strong/powerful enough, i will need to buy a new much more powerful unit for next year,,unfortunatly i live in a conservation area and having air-con fitted is a no-no as in an ideal world i would not use a mobile and have fitted air-con instead,,good luck but choose carefully,,,peace and safe growing s2
