What the Fuck is wrong with my plants? Help!

I am hoping one of the experts can give me a hand with my ailing plants. I am getting some gnarled leaf growth and cant pin point the issues causing the problem. I am running a 14 gallon DWC with a consistent 66 degree nutrient solution. GH 3 part with a PH between 5.7 - 6.3. I started out at about 800 ppm and have increased to about 1300 using RO water. Temps are between 70 and 80. Actie intake as well as good exhaust. 600 + 400 watt HPS 24 hours per day. What am I doing wrong?

Decrease your PPMS and flush your system out, your burning your plants, the plants don't like the high ppm count.
Can you take a few more pics of the plants without the hps light on?

How tall are your plants and are they all the same strain?

Thanks Stitch - I will do that. The larger one in front is Purple Cream and to the right is White Widow. I will add photos of the plants with the lights off as well. There is a total of 4 plants in there - 2 of each. They are about 1 to 2 feet.

with your ppm's being so high, watch for burning of the root ball. You will start to see brown crap building up on the roots and your roots will be stringy looking, not dense with small hairs. This is something you dont want, you want the small hairs on the roots, that will be a sign of a healthy root system. When using DWC, you want your ppm's to about 75% of what they normally are, so that would be around 900-1100ppm, and then if the plant shows signs of needing more you can raise it in small amounts since your using the GH 3part nute solution.

Hope that helps explain it some

1300 ppm isnt even that much though... if you are flowering. I am curious if at 800 ppm you were experiencing the same problem, because if that is the case; you aren't burning them in my opinion.
