What temp to dry and cure?

So, I'm going to cook me some brownies tonight with my males - i harvested them last week. they are green still but dried out a lot. i want to bake them to brown them right?

i'm thinking 250 degrees until they are very crisp - right?

Then make butter out of them?

you can go up at maximum to 325F for about 5 minutes (i just read it somewhere here on ic)
