What size you sippin and how much you zippin

Red builds soil says notill needs 25 gal a plant bloody hell and says that that’s easily moved by a person lol
my 10 gals are impossible to move ,pulled my back doing so and I train , how do growers using 5gal pots yield so much stil? My 10gals run outa food fast

so what size pots do you sip with ?
What yield do you get ?
and what lights do you use

if you want to add food feel free but I don’t see much need as long as organic
wondering if 5-7gal would be enough as then I can move them too other growers seem fine smaller I find it hard ?

how are your current flowers finishing up with no food? other growers in smaller pots typically feed their plants, even in organics.
