what size smart pot

i am almost done with my first grow, used 4, 5 gallon bucket in soil with a 400 watt hps. i am about to move for more room and have orderd a 6x6x6.5 and 4x4x6.5 tent, im planning on doing 32 total, pulling down 8 every month. i plan on doing the youngest 8 under a 400 watt and the second 8 under 600 watt veg. in the flowering i plan on having a 600w on one side first month then 1000 watt second month just to cut down on electric bills. both lights in flowering chamber will be on light rails. so my question is should i go with 3 gallon smart pots or 5 gallon smart pots?

the smart pots dry out quicker, so I would think the 5 gal size, but to be honest, I haven't used the grow tents so can't say how big of a factor that would be for you. gl
