What size pot for coco flood sog?

How long do you want to veg for? How many times a day do you want to feed? When planning things out the size of your space matters but other things like what I asked is way more important

If using smart pots you don't need more than a one gallon but even with that you won't be feeding eight times a day

Ten week veg fed five times a day. I don't get to feeding five times a day until week 6 or 7. I run quarter inch drip lines on a low pressure system in three gallon smart pots

Nice. Due to height restrictions I need to keep plans to as small as possible. That is why I have selected to run sog. I am trying to use smaller airpots with coco, perlite, and a few hydrotons tossed into the mix. I was under the impression that the smaller 1 liter pots would allow me to feed more frequently at a lower ec. Correct me if I'm wrong, I am a first timer.

Air pots are a no go because coco can fall out and get into your pumps. Unless you are doing drain to waste with your run off. You can go with a liter pot but don't start off at eight times a day to feed. It's going to be something you have to check on and feed accordingly. You will over water that way really quickly and kill everything

Now to get to your question. When you say 36 by 36 you mean inches right? If so 36 pots will work, 6 rows of 6. You might want to think about doing some training instead so your plant count isn't so high though.

Yes s the space is 36x36x48 inches. And I have a tent that is 48x36x50. I was considering training if I have to. With the airpots I constructed out of landscape cloth I can fit 22 in the table with room for the pump. They aren't femionized so I am just shooting for as many females and if the numbers of ladies are low in will definitely so some training. What training methods do you you prefer? Top,supercrop,or FIM? I am looking to give FIM a shot.
