whatever you like...I add nothing with good results. Actually I always add some mycorrhizae when I pot up, but other than that, nothing. OF has a supply of organic goodies built in. So if you add anything, keep it on the lighter side and you should be fine.

Do a google on it...I will help, but I wont do the leg work for ya. ;) Do a google on mycorrhizae fungus and see what you find. Then we will talk. You wont become a good grower if someone else is telling you what to do and how to do it. We can lead you in the right directions, but you must be willing to put in some time and effort researching.

That's what I like about this forum, guidedance versus verbatim instruction, and outright opinions!!! Mycorrhizae fungi comes as an additive to Fox Farm's Light Warrior mix already, but not the Ocean Forest if I'm not mistaken. Since you're already doing research . . .

Then you have found out that this fungus occurs in soil on a forest floor and helps break down decaying material to make nutrients more readily available for plant uptake. Mixing it in at the start of a grow is usually a better time to add it right in with a good composted soil mix. That way as the compost breaks down more over the time of the grow, nutes will be available to the plant at a much quicker rate than without the mycor. Hope this leads you in the right direction, and happy growing.

hey bossiis...i am glad to see you are putting effort into actually learning what it takes to grow good buds. If there is anything I can do to help I will. No question is too small or too stupid. If you are willing to learn, I am ready to teach if you need me.
