What pre-made cabs are people using now instead of Mill's Pride?

I'm not getting current information on my search attempts.

I'm looking to build a new cab, somewhere between C13 and C24...what are people using that are available in 2012, and where are we getting them from? I was going to do a small dresser, but I think I want to go a little bigger.

Bump.

And I was in Lowes today and checked-out the Black and Decker answer to Mills Pride cabs... I think they're call "The Garage Solution." They're black, and have sizes comparable to a slightly larger C13 and a C24. Pricey, but prefabbed growing, with a lock included. You still need to replace the rear cardboard backing. $179 for 31 x 20 x 76, and $199 for 47 x 20 x 76. After seeing the space in these, it's tough to consider going back to the drawing board on and kind of a dresser.

Has anyone used the Black and Decker cabs?

interesting, i just checked those out, can ya cut holes in the metal with a dremel? how hard is it gonna be to vent it, it looked metal to me not cardboard backing. i do like the idea of a lock. just get 1 try a grow and put results in a thread.

The ones I saw were like black melamine, not metal. I think the metal would be loud due to vibrations. These cabs were in Lowes in the same aisle as big tubs, lol. Not a coincidence, I don't think.

Update:

I found almost the exact match to the MP C24 at lowes...white melamine, 48" x 20" x 70" for $108. The extra width is just what I need so I can install two chicken wire vertical tubes with @ 50 feet of scrog screens. They're not extremely sturdy though, especially seeing I'm going to gut most of the shelving which acts as support, but if it lasts for a year it won't owe me anything.

got pix of the setup yet ?

Not of the new setup; I'm still in design. I'll have everything up and running within 2 weeks, as I'll have my Mosca C99 beans in by then! I truly hope there's a keeper in every pack!

Here's a pick from my last run (still in vege). You can barely make out the tubes, but three plants filled like 75% of screens after the stretch (and when I turned the upper two 150's on). I never weighed, but I had dozens of big mason jars filled, which kept me vaporizing C99 for 9 or 10 months.

I'll be doing a writeup, but not sure if it'll be in Mosca's seed thread or in the vertical grow forum...I'm leaning on the vertical forum as this design is gonna yield big! If I can fill out most of the 50 square feet of scrog screen, and yield only 0.25 ounce per sq ft of screen (very conservative estimate here), I should be in the neighborhood of 13 zips at least...but I want to push the design to the limits!

Now imagine two four foot high tubes looking similar to this Czech's grow using a single 150 (they reported yields of 143-145 from these grows):

This design works awesomely...no BS. The main difference in cabs this time is that I'm going to have the scrubber mounted inside the top, matched to an S&P TD-150S. It'll eat up @ the top 18 inches of flower space, but will be more stealthy than having this big external ventilation stack to hide. I'll update here when the other thread starts.
