i know the black things are ants, and the small whitish green bugs are some sort of mites? wtf are the rest of these some sort of aphids?

The green ones are aphids.

BTW: Ants enslave aphids to do their work.

Looks like an armored scale and aphids. Possibly the ones that look like aphids are armored scale prior to growing their shell. You need to retaliate ASAP. They multiply fast and once they get armor, it's very hard to get insecticide past the armor. Good luck. -granger
