What kinda bug is this?

I'm in day 3 of flowering right now and i ust starting having issues the past week or 2, noticed a glaze look on top of some of the bottom leaves. Like a slimey glaze look and tiny white spots were appearing and i saw a couple different looking bugs like small white ones crawling around. I gassed them twice now with 5000-10,000ppm co2 and have a no-pest strip hung up in the room but i think the problem is persisting. I noticed what looks like white spots or eggs up n down the stem of one of my plants. Aside from a glazed look or tiny white spots on some of the leaves, some other ones are getting what appears to look like nute damage but the leaves end up falling off later... really weird. Heres some pics:

Would really appreciate some feedback or help!!

That's what i thought after doing a bit of research seeing as ive had a spider mite problem before and this didn't look too similar. I'll see if i can find some spinosad locally. So you would recommend me using this instead of spraying with water/neem oil.. which is what i was gonna result to if i don't see an improvement from the co2 gassing/no pest strip.

i highly recommend spinosad.. it is OMRI listed as organic and safe to use up to a week or 2 before harvest(although i wouldn't). i just sprayed for thrips and i am just starting week 5/8, and that is the latest i will spray anything.. I have tried neem oil in the past and never had results.. If you can't find it locally, check the net, i got mine for relatively cheap, less than 30 for the quart..

i already found it at planetnatural online, just hoping maybe lowes/homedepot might have it as im eager to buy a bottle tomorrow and get to work. Since i'm barely on week one i would really love to get this problem fixed before i get knee-deep into flowering and start stressing hard over this issue. I'll let you know how it goes though if i find it tomorrow. Also, did you ever see eggs going up n down a stem on any of your plants? That's what i'm still kind of confused on
