I searched online for cannabis pests and could not find any similar looking creatures. These were found under a few cannabis leaves when harvesting/manicuring. They were grown outdoors. It looks like the bugs were all over the bottoms of the leaves of a jalapeño plant right next to the cannabis plant. A colleague neglected to discover this infestation. It was quite obvious to me after looking for only a few moments, but I digress. These attached photos are what the pests look like from a regular phone camera. There are the really round stationary ones and the moving ones with antennae. I had to look under the 30x magnification. I have a 30 & 60x magnifier i can use if necessary for more intense photos, but i figured someone here would know what they are from this photo. The cannabis is not nearly as infested as the jalapeño. Maybe one or two leaves, not buds or entire plants.
Basically, what are they, should i be very concerned in regards to health impact from buds that may have been in contact with these? Also there have been a few caterpillar or cutworm type crawlers found while harvesting/manicuring the buds. These bugs seem to have a super fluorescent greenish color when squished between a piece of paper.
Any sort of warnings, advice, or tips you can give will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance
