What is wrong with this plant?

It's a white widow seedling... stayed the exact same size since transplanting. I thought it was going to die, then out of no where I'm getting some strange growth..

gonna keep letting this one grow out n see what it does, pretty strange though... is this common?




check it out in the top left corner (compared to the size of the other babies)

i have had a few of those with ww. do yourself a favor and kill it. they dont amount to much, and two of them hermied, i think because it couldnt handle the stress of flowering. if you look at the root youll find it clubbed and defoprmed!
