Any ideas what I can do to save this plant? Mix is coco, peat moss (pro mix), and perlite. Fed advanced iguana grow organic and botanicare cal mag.

Growing in coco seems like a real pain in the butt compared to good ol' fashioned dirt. I have no idea what's wrong with this plant although under similar (lacking) care some do not look so good (coco and promix, under lights) and some took right off (amended living soil/dirt, outdoors).

I may try transplanting deeper into living soil, or re-cutting the top part of the plant off and attempt to root again in either a rooting plug/cube or oxycloner.

hard to be certain but it looks a lot like Spider Mite damage, I see web in a couple of those shots.

take a magnifier and look on the undersides of the leaves for Mites

Russet/hemp mite does that...cheak under the leaves with a 20x or more magnification...although it does look like you have webbing so maybe spider mite...wat ever it is...move it from the rest of your stuff and quarantine it..till you work out wats up an its fully treated if possible.

Looks like mildew/botrytis of some sort.

The plant is pretty much gone. The last thing you could do is to snip off the top, take off all the affected leaves, put it in anti-bacterial/fungal solution, and then put it in rockwool or a similar sterile medium, and hope for it to root.

The best thing is start anew, clean everything with bleach.

The main thing to look out for is good airflow, and having nothing in the growroom or near your plants outdoors that is food for fungi like carpets, ropes, wooden stakes, etc. Ideally a grow room should be calked so the walls are anti-microbial. Outdoors you just should have a clear or clean area around your grow.

Dip the whole plant, rootball and all, in something to kill the bugs. Transplant into good soil. Feed it a med strength veg nutrient and place in a good environment on 18/6.
