A lot of folks have had problems with Sunlight Supply recently. They canned a lot of people as far as their office and warehouse crew and were hoping for a reboot. New employees weren't trained properly and it's causing massive headaches for those down the entire supply chain.
They can't get an order correct for the life of them. They manually enter purchase orders by hand and are extremely prone to errors. They miss entire portions of purchase orders if they can't get the item number correct. Their new warehouse people don't know what to pick and put on an order. Their sales people have to scramble to fix problems their home office and warehouse messed up. A lot of stores are using alternative suppliers because Sunlight is that bad.
Titan Controls has also had a massive quality issue lately. The Oceanus controller in Flo-N-Gro's are extremely prone to malfunction. Sunlight won't comment why a large portion of them are coming back malfunctioning.
If you can help it, I would steer clear of Sunlight Supply products. They have a lot to fix before you should have to work out their quality issues for them.
