look like some sort of defiency. Is it soil or hydro? I guessing soil because If the Ph u gave. Ph them to 6.0 they will like that. To me I think it might be a mag problem. Try using a salt leach and maybe 2 crystals of epson salt.

Well I'm a soil guy so I could be wrong but you are describing a hydro setup. A ph of 6.6 is spot on for soil but too high for hydro. I believe hydro is supposed to be in the 5.5 range? This very well could cause a nute lock out and that would show up like a deficiency or multiple deficiencies.

i am in soilless (promix) i don't know if its a mag problem.. i keep up on it with the cal max because the r.o. water is devoid of any micro newts. i have a tds pen so i know what concentration of newts i am running.. its around 500-700 in veg and then up to 900-1100 in full bloom.. Whats a salt leach? Thought you wanted to get the salts out?

thanks for all the feed back!!

i don't think it is a mag def since your ph is high (mag is best absorbed in a soilless @ 5.8+). I think it is a Phossphorus def. Phosphorus gets locked out of Hydro and Soil less Mediums at ph levels of 6.0-8.5. This makes sense because your ph is higher.

try to aim for a ph of 5.8-6.0 (sigh, this is why i never grow soilless, it always seems to be more prone to nute lockouts than soil or hydro...)

That's what a salt leech does, it helps you get the salts out. Leeching means to draw out.

for mmy experiiience is works great. Plant leafs point straight up and look likw they need light power. For me it works every time I get into a suposid nute lockout situation.

Well there are a number of ways, I just use clean water and nothing else. In a system like yours I would think running clean water would wash out any salt build ups fairly quickly.
