what is this

hmmmm if your still in veg and you have some real fast growers they might have sucked all the nitrogen from the soil........i had one of my jack h' plants do that to me.............after a dose of epsome salts failed to clear it up i gave it shot of notrigen and it responded nicely and now that the photoperiod has been changed you can't even see where the deficiency's were.........................good luck.............

hey chuck .. ummm you may need to check the ph first before you do anything . if it is ok then give her a shot of some 20-20-20 .... these numbers can help with problems we don't understand ,the problem here is that you can't tell what it is yet there could be a number of things that can cause this or other problems so hit it with some 20-20-20 . if i have problems and i can't put my finger on it . i just break out the ol chemical ferts and bring it all back to par.. if i still have the problem after that ...then you may need to look at micro nutes...but the ph has to be spot on before you can say what problem you have ..... but it does look like a mag problem..are you in flower chuck ...if so how long into flower ...and if it is more than 30 days into flowering than i would let it go and do nothing......

Looks like early stages of MG deficiency to me. In soil, 1/2 tsp per gallon epsom salts as a fix then afterward, 1/4 tsp per gallon as a preventative. Def. check the Ph though, that always does wierd stuff. It doesnt look like anything to do with nitrogen, the overall color of the plant is still a decent green. There is a leaf in the background that appears to be lower on the plant with perfect hue and no discolored petiole

Hey Chuck- You might consider getting this product by Advanced Nutrients called Revive. You can add this to your regular nute regime or use as a foliar spray but it's designed to help plants recover more quickly from stress or general nutrient dificiencies. Here's a link to a place in Minnesota that sells it but you can read about there. Scroll down about halfway down the page to find Revive. Hope this helps!!

Damn, that link just takes you to the home page for American Garden Supply. Oh well, click the link on the left of the page for the "Catalog". Then click "Advanced Nutrient Enhancers". Then you can scroll down about halfway on that page to find Revive.
