What does the underneath look like? Bibittes (bugs) usually reside under leaves and most require magnification to see.

Looks like you may have spider mites....

If you have good close-up vision, turn a leaf over and look for the tiniest black dots you can barely see..

Use a 10X jeweler's loupe and you'll see the little fuckers crawling around...

..
