We have 3 "Spice" plants, and 1 "Garlic" in the room as well, and they are not showing the problem.

I also have a "Lightning Air" Ozone generator (very high quality), should I use it?

You have multiple plant strains in the same system.... you run into problems when you do this, because each strain is different. I would reccomend running the same strain in hydro setups, or you can run different strains, but they have to be near the same in terms of pH and nutrient requirements.... the ones you see may not like the pH or nutrient issues.....

Are you following canna's feeding directions?
How often are you checking your pH and water temps?
Do you use a pH pen that is calbrated?
Are you using a thermometer to check water temps?

You said you had root rot in the first week of flower... either your water temps were warm, or you had light getting into the system somehow, or you had low O2 levels in your system.

Is all your water farms light proof? Is your res (controller bucket) light proof and all of your other buckets?

Hey stich, he could also do passive hydro if he likes multiple strains. That way he could mix solutions for individual plants. If there is no shared res, than problems like this can be isolated and individual strain needs can be dealt with.

Beside hydrogen peroxide root dipping, You can also use enzyme (amino acid and protein) products as well as inocculant products that can help build a stronger microherd and just hope that the good microorganisms win the battle.

it could be me, but i have found that when a plant has root rot during flower it is extremely slow to recover and more than likely will not get back to where you want it to be before harvest, but i hope this isnt the case for you.....
