What is the legal status of cannabis extract in CO.

Here in the "D" they just confirmed anything other than flower is not covered under the Med. M. act.
So here anything but flower and you may be looking at a FELONY.
What is the current state of oils, creams, BHO, hash and/or any other kind of extract you can name in CO.?

Pretty much runs the gamut. It's available wherever rec MMJ dispensaries are located in CO. Some municipalities don't allow it, but by and large, it's there.

Wondering this myself, had heard something about concentrates being a felony on the front range. Wasn't sure if it was just bho set ups or what.

So non solvent rosin hash could be a felony as well?

Went and looked up the law and it only involves hazardous materials, compressed gas.

You can still make rosin, water hash and such.

It's legal to possess basically any cannabis product. It's not legal to make flammable solvent based extracts outside of a licensed facility.
