what is N def

nitrogen deficiency. Add more or fix your ph. Google OG FAQ, there's an online version you can read. It's great for new growers who don't know the basics. Actually it's good for anyone, ton of great info in it. I don't have a pic of a N def, but there are several pics of it in that faq I mentioned. Mostly you'll just see yellowing leaves, your ph could be too low or high and the plant could be experiencing N lockout. What kind of nutes do you use? How are you growing the plants, hydro or soil?

usually...start'Z w/ yellowing of the lower leaves and then progessivly worst as it climbs up the plant consuming what little N...the leaves have stored UP in them.......

if the fan leaves are turning yellow or look like there going pale....
then probly N....def......unless U got ph issues that have resulted in a N.....lockout.......

pics of U'r plants would help bigtime...............:ying:

yeah those clonez look fraggelled.....
try misting them....w/ ph water....keep them in a better ...warmer...MORE humid enviroment......maybe even under a humidity dome and tray froa week or so...to help them maintain a better enviroment......

clonez need way more warmth and humidity than they need.....light....
thats U'r other problem......too much light....move them furthur away...or to there own area w/ minimul ....lighting......

try taking ...plastic baggiez....and spray the inside of the bag lightly w/ water.......then cover the plant w/ the baggies....and use arubberband to hold in place....this will keep a humidity dome over each individual container.........bet it helpz.....

BUT remeber ....U already shocked the schitt...out of some of them......
NOT all of them will bounce back and make it....thatz nature.....

alwayz make more than U need............

Most likely due to excessive plant material. The larger the cut, the more roots it requires and D'OH! Someone stole our roots! With short cuts and well trimmed leaves, I clone as low as 15% RH with no domes or misting of any kind.

Being that you have RW cubes in soil, I think it's safe to assume those are rooted clones. If they wilted after you planted the clones, it could be 1) Heat 2) they weren't hardened off before being put under a big light (see #1) 3)They don't have enough roots enough to support the plant matter (see #1). Move them to a cooler area. If they perk up, put them back the next day for a few hours. If they wilt again, repeat.

If you need a picture of N deficiency, look at the yellow leaf and all the dead leaves in the pot of your smaller vegging plant. Hard to make out but that looks like an N deficiency to me.

Yo Puffer, yeah you can plant em as soon as they have roots. Sometimes I plant em as soon as they have roots about an inch long because I'm anxious and have never lost one. I usually like to wait until I see roots growing through the rockwool, but it's not necessary to wait that long. Clones are cool, soon as they have roots they're ready to go. Good luck with em! :)
