Do both, and LST and defoliate or lollypop or scrog or vscrog. Lots of options, It really depends on the a lot of variables, like size of grow space, number of plants, wattage, pot size, veg time, strain. More info would help.

Just like THEY said, I FIM first then start the supercropping, you can make some giant bushes out of some little plants. Some strains will react differently to these methods, some with more success and less with others, strain dependant for sure.

My OT Bubbas, supercrop very well, while my White Jones will straiten herself out overnight like no bend was ever even created. For ladies like this tying down the branches works the best, then doing the FIM method. hope this helps. Welcome to IC SL

well in my veg room I have 9 barneys lsd. and 2 ace seed Malawi and one dna l.a woman

the room is 5x8x7 with two 400 wat mh. and my flower room is 10foot wide by 8feet deep 7 feet high.. and got two 1000 wat lights for that room. I just put the plants in number 7 size pots.

the I started to germ in papter towels on 3/18 for 3 days then went into I gallon size pots. I just transplanted them last week to the number 7 size pots

ok now when I super crop do I only do one branch top at a time would it be two stress full to do more then one? or should I do more then one at a time?

how much time should I give the plant after super cropping it to heal before I do it again?

also for fim, if I fim the top node , how long would I have to wait to super crop after?

well I decided to try to super crop by bending over the top nod over 10 bent over but 2 broke .. now with the top breaking on two of them will the plant now not grow any higher and just out?

pics? plants are pretty resilient even with a real bad break/snap rather than a bend, I have snapped a whole top from one plant before, taped up the wound to hold it together and it came back fine....don't be scared of the sacred herb!!!!

don't have any pics.. the top nod were the new leafs were growing I was trying to bend under that and there was not a lot of space between the the top node and the node under it and it just snapped off .

If you break something off just use it for a clone. Even if you don't/won't have room for it, think of it as an opportunity to practice cloning. But they are pretty tough and will heal.

Next time try to crush the stem slightly under your finger and thum before you bend it or try rubbing the stem in the same place. I find doing this gives less chance of the stem snapping but even if it does it's not the end of the world

I let my plants grow 12inch then top. Put them right into flower and defoilage after that.

All but the two top fan leaves. Leave all bud sights and and leave but the two top fan leaves.
